Rotonda Area
Rotonda is located in the center of the Cape Haze Peninsula between State Routes 775, 771 and 776. The Rotonda has several sections with great features. In the center of Rotonda West is the community park with reatrooms, picnic area, walking path, Basketball courts and tennis courts and much more.
The sections in Rotonda West (inside the "Wheel") include from left to right Oakland Hills, Pebble Beach, Pine Hurst, Broadmoor, Long Meadow, White Marsh, and Pine Valley. Outside the wheel starting in the south west in Rotonda Windward Section, to the north west is Rotonda Hieghts, to the north east is Rotonda Lakes sections I & II, to the south east is Rotonda Sands North, and to the east of state route 771 is Rotonda Meadows, Villas and the Springs.
If you like fishing Rotonda has something special, with its many lakes and over 25 miles of fresh water canals which over 20 miles can be navigated by small crafts. There are many different fish in the Rotonda water ways from bass to gars and catfish. My children have caught 8 lb catfish and gars over 40 inches. Come and enjoy the water ways in Rotonda.
For those who enjoy Golf, Rotonda has six great courses to play. There are over 30 course to play within a short drive of Rotonda making Rotonda a great centeral location for your vacation or residence.
